Got the biggest post it ever...one week per page. Each week I will document the yoga practice, meditation, affirmation, and other tid-bits. Planning for the next week will also begin weekly on the Monday prior. I've added a few personal requirements to complete my experience.
1. no texting while driving...even when the kids aren't in the care
2. sit down for every meal
3. take at least sacred 4 cup baths with blessing the water
4. drink 60 oz of water daily
5. expect miracles daily
